The folks at Mr. Transmission recommended this shop for my wheel alignment, and I'm glad I followed their suggestion. They were able to fit me in within a day of my phone call, and the technician who greeted me was friendly and professional. There were no attempts at upsell, the total wait time was only about 20 - 30 minutes, and the final price was exactly what was quoted.

I love this place. 1st time ever and they corrected my alignment problem which I had 3 months ago with midas in bellevue nebraska... going to use this location for now on. Well priced also and friendly personels. Would recommend to anyone. Thanks

Justin and his crew were awesome today. I had someone else install my adjustable camber arms, needed my car to be aligned. Turns out the person installed incorrectly. Justin took the time to fix my camber arms correctly and aligned my vehicle. They even let me come out and watch them work on my car which was really neat. I wish I knew they existed sooner. I'll be returning to them for my auto needs for sure. Thanks guys.

I used this place last year when my car stopped working. They were able to give me a reasonable quote before I was able to take the car in (cheapest place in the area by a few hundred dollars). Once the car was in they kept me informed every step of the way, going so far as to offer ways to save money. For example: I could use part A for $300, or he could go to an auto part store and pick one off the shelf for $200. Numerous times they went above and beyond what I paid in order to get my car fixed as soon as possible. I recommend them to anyone looking for a trustworthy mechanic.

Look no further! Best mechanics and customer service you can get! We purchased a lemon from Sierra College Auto Auction and Justin, Kevin and crew went above and beyond to help us. A few weeks after doing work on a separate issue, our vehicle died on the side of the freeway. Justin was driving by recognized the vehicle, pulled over and assisted us on the side of the freeway! What mechanic does that??? We highly recommend My Auto Surgeon. They will not steer you wrong or nickle & dime you!

I came in this past Saturday after looking at several auto repair places within a 15 mile radius of Auburn, and My Auto Surgeon was the only place that had exceptionally review that was open that day out of all of them. I came in distraught and worried about the transmission problem my car was having, paid the inspection fee (which goes directly toward any repair you will have there), and found out that my transmission fluid was super low at first and there are a couple of serious repairs that will be needed in the future. The repair itself was going to cost well over half of the value of my car, so I couldn't afford to pay then or do anything about it. Justin who helped me through the whole entire process laid out all of the options and even decided to waived the inspection fee, meaning he CANCELED THE $90 fee that I just paid. I knew all of these reviews describing the same kind of customer service wasn't a fluke, he went above and beyond and showed me how to refill my trans. fluid. I have never ran across a repair place with that genuine of a staff, much respect and gratitude toward Justin and his guys there. They've earn my future business! Trustworthy and genuinely looking out for your best interest, something you won't easily find at most auto repair places.

I have one experience with My Auto Surgeon and I will definitely be back for future repairs and/or maintenance. I felt comfortable with the shop and staff. The fees felt very fair and reasonable for the amount of work done. It's so hard finding an auto shop that I'm comfortable and confident with. Thankfully I now have a trusted auto shop now that my poor baby is starting to get a little older. Thanks guys!!!
