I came in this past Saturday after looking at several auto repair places within a 15 mile radius of Auburn, and My Auto Surgeon was the only place that had exceptionally review that was open that day out of all of them. I came in distraught and worried about the transmission problem my car was having, paid the inspection fee (which goes directly toward any repair you will have there), and found out that my transmission fluid was super low at first and there are a couple of serious repairs that will be needed in the future. The repair itself was going to cost well over half of the value of my car, so I couldn't afford to pay then or do anything about it. Justin who helped me through the whole entire process laid out all of the options and even decided to waived the inspection fee, meaning he CANCELED THE $90 fee that I just paid. I knew all of these reviews describing the same kind of customer service wasn't a fluke, he went above and beyond and showed me how to refill my trans. fluid. I have never ran across a repair place with that genuine of a staff, much respect and gratitude toward Justin and his guys there. They've earn my future business! Trustworthy and genuinely looking out for your best interest, something you won't easily find at most auto repair places.

I have one experience with My Auto Surgeon and I will definitely be back for future repairs and/or maintenance. I felt comfortable with the shop and staff. The fees felt very fair and reasonable for the amount of work done. It's so hard finding an auto shop that I'm comfortable and confident with. Thankfully I now have a trusted auto shop now that my poor baby is starting to get a little older. Thanks guys!!!

I definitely recommend this shop. I had a lot of routine services to do for my truck that were overdue. They took the time to go through and explain each one to me. What impressed me the most was their honesty. They didn't try to tack on extra services or try and gouge me more for the ones I asked for. They were very professional and courteous. They finished the work on time and on budget. I waited a couple months to make sure my truck was still running great before posting this. It has never run better and I plan to take all my vehicles to them. Thanks again guys for the great work.

I had my suv towed here recently due to an overheating problem. I had never been there before, but I saw the great yelp reviews and needed the work done right away. They diagnosed the problem, showed it to me, and quoted me $300 for labor to fix it. I went online and saw that this was a typical price for this repair. When Kevin called me to tell me the repair was done he said it took them half the time they expected so they lowered my charge to only $150. I almost dropped the phone from surprise! I can't remember a repair service ever charging me LESS than the estimate. I have been looking for an honest and fair mechanic for years and I think I may have found one! I give the highest recommendation for this car repair shop. The serpentine belt on my Subaru decided to break on a Saturday afternoon on my way to Tahoe. Even though they were really busy, Kevin said to bring it in and they'd have it done by 5:00. They were AMAZING, did a great job, were honest, friendly and truly saved the day. Thank you, Kevin and crew - you're the best!

They are honest, friendly and a trustworthy business. They did my oil change without dismantling my entire vehicle so they could show me different parts that "needed to be replaced" - it was so refreshing! I was in and out and under an hour. I go to them for everything because Justin and his team are the very best!!
