Upon arrival, I was immediately greeted. Their waiting room is nice and clean. You have a Keurig coffee machine, a couch, a couple of individual lounge chairs, and a work table with charging stations for your devices. I showed up 45 minutes before my scheduled appointment and the guys just took care of my car without having to wait for my scheduled time. I was quoted $120 over the phone, but I was only charged $80. The realignment didn't take that long. Every employee was super nice, they answered all my questions and concerns. I felt comfortable having my vehicle taken care of by the crew at My Auto Surgeon, especially since it's my first visit. They were recommended by my local tire shop. I appreciate the crew for taking care of my vehicle, and for being professional and friendly. I do recommend them for any vehicle repair you may have. I will definitely return for future vehicle services.
