I have taken my vehicle to this shop and received excellent service by Justin, who initially answered the phone. Marlene was fun and helpful when I brought the vehicle in. Chris was professional and friendly when I picked up. I felt like I received the best deal and the best service. I then referred my parents who brought their vehicle down from Grass Valley. They had the same experience. I have referred two clients since and both have come back to me with excellent reviews. WORD OF MOUTH IS THE BEST... OR THE WORST FOR A BUSINESS. For this business it is definitely the BEST! Stay humble and happy...I appreciate how you treated me and my family and friends!

Tried this place based on their yelp reviews and we weren't disappointed that we did. There was a small delay with the brake and rotor job they performed... Mainly from a miscommunication but they quickly offered to deliver our vehicle to our next appointment (for tires) to make up for the delay. I was so impressed by their customer service that I ordered pizza for them the following week...wish more businesses were run like this. We will definitely return in the future.

You can't say enough good things about the staff and service here! I drive past several automotive shops that are closer to where I live. Worth the drive 100%. Only place I will take my car as well as send my friends!

Now you don't deduct the diagnostic fee from the final repair bill? Interesting and completely contradictory to what you told me last year when we brought the same vehicle in for something else. I wish you cared about your customers as much as you care about this review.

This place really deserve 5+ stars! Im also hesitant to bring my car to auto shops, but this place is AWESOME! I looked all over town & i could not find one place that could beat their prices! On top of that they were fast & reliable! I will defiantly be back when i have more car troubles. Thank you My Auto Surgeon :)

So far I'm pleasantly surprised at the ease of working with this business. I'll review after the work too but so far so good.

After communicating with Justin via email regarding what I wanted to do. I stopped by and was met with Marlene who was very nice. Justin got to work right away and was able to pull the code that was causing my service light to come on. I got some information and left the place feeling better and armed with more information. Thank you and you can be sure that I would come back for any future service or repair jobs.

I have been here twice now, they always do quality work and service for a decent price. Actually, my second trip here was cheaper compared to the other places I looked around at. I will definitely continue to come here. Honest, reliable, quick, and very nice!
