I attempted to have the alignment done on my 68 Cuda at several other shops. Most of them wouldn't touch it. Only I would try and they quoted me $150. I stumbled upon this place and they got me in the same day. Awesome customer service at the front desk. Nice clean waiting room. I spoke to the mechanic and he was extremely approachable. Great experience overall at a third of the price.

Had routine oil change done. I also asked them to complete a car inspection form for me...they did and didn't charge me extra. Great friendly service. They don't nickel and dime, which in my book is great customer service, add on top of that very friendly service. This our second time using them (my first time, my wife brought our other car for an alignment). It's not easy to spot from the road, but worth finding it. Very happy.

This is a great place to take your car. My husband went to them a few months ago thinking that there was something seriously wrong with his SUV. They called him and explained that it was nothing serious. They fixed it, and my the SUV has been running great since. They could have easily taken advantage of us but chose to be honest instead. I went there today for an oil change and tire rotation. They have a nice waiting area, friendly staff, and I got in and out in a decent time span. I will be coming back for my regular maintenance!

I also came to this shop at the recommendation of America's Tire. I just had new tires put on my car and needed an alignment. I called My Auto Surgeon and they were able to get me a same day appointment and was told it would take about an hour. I dropped my car off and asked if they could do an oil change as well - they warned me they would try but that they were pretty backed up and busy that day. Almost an hour exact from my appointment time they called to let me know my car was done and that they had done the oil change as well. They recommended I replace my air filters and since the price was right I authorized them to do that as well. The service was very friendly, very reasonably priced, and I greatly appreciated that they brought in my old air filters (without my asking) to show me how dirty they were when I picked my car up. I wish I had known about this place before having work done at another shop.

Very appreciative of the customer service and work quality here. I made an appointment, and they honored it. This is HUGE to a mom with a 4yo in tow. Plus, my car drives like a dream, which is saying a lot for a 16yo Accord.

Coming here has been the best auto repair experience I've ever had. It's everything you hope that getting your vehicle worked on will be. Chris was incredibly helpful and the price at the end was very low. I got what needed fixing fixed, was explained everything that was wrong and got out of there in a timely manner. I'm coming here for everything from now on. Seriously, such a good experience.

This business came recommended from America's Tire. I had them do alignment on my car before I got replacement tires. I made an appointment for Saturday at 8am, right when they open, and was in and out in about an hour. The service adviser, Marlene, was very friendly and knowledgeable about the work I had done on my car. All in all, work was done in a reasonable time at a reasonable price, and I am very satisfied with the job they did. Prices are very reasonable. $60 for an alignment and tire rotation. Based on my experience, would I recommend this business to someone looking for cost effective and quality auto repair? Absolutely. Glad to see a locally owned/operated business doing well in my community.

Nothing better than honesty and affordability with great workmanship . Chris helped me every step of the way with my repairs I thought I needed . Come to find out what I requested (brake job ) wasn't necessary and there was no hassle or upsaleing . I walked away with so much gratitude and really appreciated the business who prides itself with being HONEST. I will be taking my next vehicle here in a week for a battery but there is nothing more I can say to not sound over the top . My cars have found a home thanks Auto Surgeon .

Very friendly and helpful staff...the repair was more than I wanted to pay, but felt like we got a honest deal and honest work done. They even followed up with a call regarding a part we asked about (to adjust our speedometer that's currently off by a few miles), he emailed me the link where I could purchase it and offered to install it for free. That's customer service and thus the reason for the 5 stars!
