Another satisfied customer of My Auto Surgeon. I was having issues with the charging system of our Suburban and Justin helped sort out what turned out only to be a bad battery (knock on wood). Justin took the time to explain the various issues that could have been the culprit(s) and was straight forward about the procedure he planned in diagnosing the problem. I walked out of there for just the cost of a new battery and MAS earned a loyal customer. Thanks Justin and Chris.

My band was passing through Sacramento and our van got stuck in Roseville. We got our van towed to My Auto Surgeon and we were expecting THE WORST. We had our van in the shop for less than an hour and the mechanic came out and told us that it was a security code problem with our key which wasn't allowing our van to start. Marlene refunded me the fee for the diagnostic, without me even asking, and we even made it to our show in San Francisco ON TIME! THIS IS THE SHOP TO GO TO IN THE SACRAMENTO AREA. FIVE STARS !!!

I have taken my wife's car and my daughters car. Both times I knew what was wrong but didn't have the tools or time to do it. MAS only fixed what they found wrong with out trying to up sell. They even suggested some things that I could do myself to save me some money. Now I take my truck there!

Great service from the start. They have the lowest quote to replace the motor for my electric window. They picked me up from work at lunch to pick my car up. Very friendly staff and would recommend to friends and family.

Being new to the area, my boyfriend and I were very skeptical about finding a good, reliable mechanic that we could count on to be honest, dependable, and reliable. We have found all of those things in my auto surgeon! And on top of their good and honest work, the customer service is absolutely exceptional! They have worked on both our cars over the past year and each time we had a problem, it was diagnosed and corrected within 24 hours. I highly recommend my auto surgeon to any one who is looking for someone who you can count on to be both fair and honest!

Just used Justin (My Auto) for the first time. Absolutely excellent! Highly recommended from America's Tire---I see why. Professional and very reasonably priced. Clearly he wants you as a repeat customer and not a one time "rip off artist" --- he's got my business!!

Wow, just moved to the area & needed routine oil change - saw other reviews & called - friendly, professional, serviced in timeframe indicated - honest! FYI - in light industrial area, no shopping, coffee, time consuming thing to do - BUT - do have comfy in&outdoor sitting, Keurig coffee, TV, free WIFI...yes, I will be back!

My Auto Surgeon had worked on many of my cars and whether they were replacing parts or just doing regular service, the service they provide is world-class and so is the work they do. Honest, intelligent, reliable group of guys. Great pricing too!
