Coming here has been the best auto repair experience I've ever had. It's everything you hope that getting your vehicle worked on will be. Chris was incredibly helpful and the price at the end was very low. I got what needed fixing fixed, was explained everything that was wrong and got out of there in a timely manner. I'm coming here for everything from now on. Seriously, such a good experience.

This business came recommended from America's Tire. I had them do alignment on my car before I got replacement tires. I made an appointment for Saturday at 8am, right when they open, and was in and out in about an hour. The service adviser, Marlene, was very friendly and knowledgeable about the work I had done on my car. All in all, work was done in a reasonable time at a reasonable price, and I am very satisfied with the job they did. Prices are very reasonable. $60 for an alignment and tire rotation. Based on my experience, would I recommend this business to someone looking for cost effective and quality auto repair? Absolutely. Glad to see a locally owned/operated business doing well in my community.

Nothing better than honesty and affordability with great workmanship . Chris helped me every step of the way with my repairs I thought I needed . Come to find out what I requested (brake job ) wasn't necessary and there was no hassle or upsaleing . I walked away with so much gratitude and really appreciated the business who prides itself with being HONEST. I will be taking my next vehicle here in a week for a battery but there is nothing more I can say to not sound over the top . My cars have found a home thanks Auto Surgeon .

Very friendly and helpful staff...the repair was more than I wanted to pay, but felt like we got a honest deal and honest work done. They even followed up with a call regarding a part we asked about (to adjust our speedometer that's currently off by a few miles), he emailed me the link where I could purchase it and offered to install it for free. That's customer service and thus the reason for the 5 stars!

My auto surgeon is efficient and fast. I used the "request a quote" feature at 4pm on yelp and Justin responded within 15 minutes! I live super close and was able to make it by 4:30 and I was out by 5:10. Chris, who works at the Rocklin location was super nice and helpful! He has a great attitude and communicates things to someone who isn't a car expert very well. Everyone that was in there was super happy and satisfied with their service(s). Although I have never met Justin, you can tell he takes a lot of pride in his business. Don't believe me? Check it out yourself.

I sent this shop a quote request to replace my wheel bearings in an 08 Ford Fusion. And anyone that has submitted a quote on yelp has seen the feature where you can tag other business with the same quote request. So my request went out to 10 shops. Justin was the first to respond. He didn't beat around the bush, he gave me a solid quote. Since it was the first I got, I had to see what the other quotes produced. Well, as it turns out, he was the lowest...doing the math, it was about 30% cheaper. A lot of the other quotes were garbage...3 of them mobile mechanics with quotes higher than the shop, even though they didn't have a press for the bearings. They opened at 8...I arrived at 7:45 and they were already there, getting coffee and seemingly enjoying themselves. Felt like a family atmosphere...I felt comfortable leaving my car in there hands. They did the job. I knew my hub was probably gone, and waited for that call. When it came I gave the go ahead. IT STILL CAME OUT CHEAPER THAN MY OTHER QUOTES. Super impressed with these guys. Brought some business cards back for my coworkers. Would definitely recommend them if you don't have a mechanic or shop that you trust.

For years I took my 94, BMW to Les Schwab for alignments and tires. Every year I burned through my front tires. I thought it was a BMW thing. I finally went to My Auto Surgeon and they properly aligned my car. They found a frozen bolt that took them all day to break free. (Didn't charge me extra!) They said it was impossible to get a front end alignment without loosening this frozen bolt. It appears Less Schwab failed me. I've yet to burn through my front tires. Exceptional work ethic...is hard to find. Thanks My Auto Surgeon Team!

Another satisfied customer of My Auto Surgeon. I was having issues with the charging system of our Suburban and Justin helped sort out what turned out only to be a bad battery (knock on wood). Justin took the time to explain the various issues that could have been the culprit(s) and was straight forward about the procedure he planned in diagnosing the problem. I walked out of there for just the cost of a new battery and MAS earned a loyal customer. Thanks Justin and Chris.

My band was passing through Sacramento and our van got stuck in Roseville. We got our van towed to My Auto Surgeon and we were expecting THE WORST. We had our van in the shop for less than an hour and the mechanic came out and told us that it was a security code problem with our key which wasn't allowing our van to start. Marlene refunded me the fee for the diagnostic, without me even asking, and we even made it to our show in San Francisco ON TIME! THIS IS THE SHOP TO GO TO IN THE SACRAMENTO AREA. FIVE STARS !!!
