I learned about My Auto Surgeon from the Nextdoor app as well as Yelp. My wife and I have taken both of our vehicles here. When my Jeep needed some significant work, I got two quotes from shops in town and reached out to My Auto Surgeon via Yelp with an inquiry. Justin (owner) responded in less than an hour saying that they could certainly help and had a few questions of his own so he could get a better idea of my situation. I gave him a call and he broke things down for me in terms I could understand. What I appreciated is that he planned to diagnose the problem more precisely than the other shops (that gave a general diagnosis). He sounded passionate about what he does and wasn't interested in quoting me on any repairs that weren't necessary. Having that conversation with the owner gave me the confidence I needed to bring my vehicle here and have them take a look. Flash forward about a week and their diagnosis was indeed very specific to the exact parts, and was almost $2,000 less than the previous two were estimated to be (from the other shops). I have since had random vehicle questions and Justin is very responsive, knowledgeable and personable, which again, gives the customer confidence in the shop. I think we have all had experiences with very gruff and brash auto mechanics and employees, which make dealing with auto repairs even more unpleasant. So far so good with Justin and his team at My Auto Surgeon. Thanks for building that connection with the customer in an industry that often doesn't.
