Rocklin Auto Repair

I've been taking my cars to their shop in Rocklin since the beginning of 2014... After trying 3 other shops closer to my home, but never being really satisfied with the service I received, I decided to try this place because of all the stellar reviews that I found here on Yelp! Their Rocklin shop is over 12 miles from my house, but they have a new shop in Roseville they opened in 2017 that is a little closer to me. Now, even though their Roseville shop is still about 9 miles away from my house in Antelope, aaand there are more than a dozen other auto mechanics that are within just a few miles of me... It has been definitely worth the extra drive because, like any good "Surgeon" (Human or otherwise): Justin and his team are Experienced, Established, and take the Time to not only Explain what you do or do NOT need, but to actually do the job right the first time! They have great Facilities with not only the Equipment they use, but also their comfortable Waiting Rooms. Plus, they stand behind their work, and are HONEST!! If there is a specific problem that they are not sure of (like a major Transmission problem that I had with one of my cars), they won't hesitate to refer you to a Specialist for a second opinion (where in my case Justin's original diagnosis WAS correct, but he just wanted to be sure)!!! Also, they charge very reasonable prices! Usually, when I've double checked their prices, My Auto Surgeon has been significantly less expensive than the estimates of other mechanics. Now I'm sure that you will be able to find cheaper quotes on some "Procedures," using a "Backyard" mechanic, or trying to do the work yourself... but, as some of my friends have found out, you risk: not having your car fixed right the first time, not having or honoring their warranty if a repair does not hold up, or having your car out of service for literally weeks because they do not have the right equipment and/or the right "connections" to get the parts they need in a correct, efficient way. So, in the long run, they ended up spending not only more Money, but also more Time with their cars Out of Service!! Bottom line, I highly recommend My Auto Surgeon, and completely agree that they deserve the nearly 100 Five-Star reviews!!!

My Auto Surgeon was referred to me by the manager of America's Tire Company after he replaced my tires, which were all worn significantly on the inside. This indicated some type of alignment issue. I was concerned about the potential cost of getting alignment done on my European car, but I also wanted the issue fixed! Justin at My Auto Surgeon was prompt and professional in calling me back and describing what may be causing the issue; I scheduled an appointment with them so they could properly diagnose the problem. Thankfully, the toe and camber issues were fully adjustable on my car, and I ended up with just a bill for the shop time! I appreciate the businesses out there that still function with honesty and integrity. This is certainly one of them!

This has been the best experience I have had with an Auto Shop. My wife's AC went out in her car and we have 100+ degree days forecasted. They got me in quickly and fixed it for a good price. I will be coming back for my Auto repair needs.

Again Justin and his crew shine again! Brought my 2014 Chrysler 300S in for an alignment and brake work. Alignment is perfect and brakes fixed. Well done again!

This place is dishonest. They did work on my sons car for the previous owner. That replaced the water pump and in a little over a year it went out. They state that the warranty doesn't transfer. That I could understand but Niello BMW found that the water pump was put on wrong and that of the three retaining bolts one was broken. A BAD REPAIR. Auto surgeon says that someone else must have worked on the water pump in the interim. So they are saying in a year time period someone else worked on the car. Wouldn't that mean that something was wrong with their work. Anyway as a multiple BMW owner, don't take you car there.

Nice waiting area, A/C, coffee, comfy chairs, cartoons for the kids...or adults if you're like me. Friendly staff who took the time to explain my print out of services. Saved $50 over the quote from Firestone for the same alignment service.

These guys were awesome, I bought a used car for my daughter and turns out it needed tons of work. The staff here were very helpful and went out of their way to solve all my issues. The price was far and was very happy.

I have always taken my 2009 Rav4 to the Toyota dealer but this time, after reading the Yelp reviews, I thought I would give My Auto Surgeon (MAS) a try ... I was not disappointed. The staff was very friendly. My brakes were making intermittent scraping noises and it turns out I needed new rotors and brake pads. I had no idea what a rotor was and when I asked about it Marlene brought over a display and explained what they were and what they did. I really appreciated her extra efforts. After I picked my car up I checked my Toyota invoice from years ago - they replaced the brake pads and only smoothed the rotors. MAS replaced the the brake pads AND replaced the rotors ... at far LESS cost than the dealer , who did less work. VERY happy with my experience and I will be bringing my car here again.

I would HIGHLY recommend My Auto Surgeon! After being jerked around by several other mechanic / Auto repair places I took my car to My Auto Surgeon for a wheel alignment after being rear ended. The staff was EXTREMELY friendly, the service was quick, and the price was half what the other places quoted. I will be using them for ALL my auto repair needs from now on!!!
