I was able to come in last minute right before they closed and the guys there were so helpful and friendly. I got an alignment due to getting 4 new tires from another place. They were fast efficient and very well priced. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone like I already have.

Went in just to get my brakes checked because they were squeaky. I thought I was gonna have to spend a few hundred dollars on brake pads, instead these awesome guys ended up just fixing the sensor that had slipped. Then I asked them about taking off a fiberglass ground effect that was cracked, because it was already on the lift. He said no problem, And they hooked me up. $15 out the door. Danny was great and so are all the other guys that helped and the manager!

Great place! I had to get my tires aligned the day before I left for college and they were able to squeeze me in the same day. I don't remember his name but the man at the front desk was really nice and let me and my sister watch Netflix in the waiting room while we waiting for my ride to pick us up. My only complaint/critique would be when I came back to pick up my car the man at the front was on the phone so I sat down in the waiting area and there was man watching a VERY sexually inappropriate movie on Netflix. There were other guests in the waiting area as well, so he wasn't alone. Luckily I didn't have to sit there uncomfortably for long because the man working the front got off the phone quickly and was able to help me, but parents if you have children check what's on the TV before sitting over there.

These guys are real good at what they do. That is until they gain your trust. Then they will try to rip you off. I took my 1996 GMC Sierra there because it was mis-firing on a few cylinders, and you could smell unburned gasoline. When I went to pick it up, Chris Kwon told me that he had bad news (he says that a lot). He told me the problem was in the valve train, and that I needed a very expensive repair. I have worked on many cars when I was younger, so with that in mind I told him I wanted a second opinion. So I took it to another auto shop that a friend of mine recommended. Guess what? All I needed was a major tune-up, and my truck is running like new! BEWARE OF THESE GUYS. I THINK THEY PAY PEOPLE FOR THE 5 STAR REVIEWS. JUST SAYIN.

Went in for a smog check, and they found a minor part in my car that needed replacing and let me know how much it would cost to get it replaced. They were very flexible with my schedule and allowed me to come back on a later date, and when I went in during their usual lunch hour, someone went ahead and did the smog check before going to lunch. I was fully prepared to wait for a half hour or longer, but it only took about 15 minutes -- super fast and friendly service! Shoutout to Chris for being very kind and professional.

The customer service here is amazing and everyone is so professional! I never would've expected to get this level of awesome customer service at a car repair shop! My car needed an oil change and I decided to try this place out because they had such great reviews, especially around their customer service. I stopped by last Friday to see if they had any spots available, but they were booked. Cameron was able to schedule me an appt for next Monday (today). I came in today and the person working the front, Daniel, was also very nice, answered my questions, and overall had excellent customer service/communication skills. I was also really happy to find out that tire rotation was included with oil changes! Instead of just assuming I wanted it done, Daniel asked to confirm if I wanted the tires rotated, in case I had any time restraints. I was also surprised when one of the other employees walked in through the main door and was heading to the back, but also said hi and acknowledged that I was there. I ended up also needing my air filter changed and some work done around my battery due to corrosion, but before working on any of that, Daniel came in and explained to me what they had seen and what that work would entail, and also gave me the prices. Never once did I feel pressured into spending more money or like I HAD to get these things fixed right then and there. They presented the facts and did not try to persuade me in any direction, which made me feel comfortable in my decision to have them go ahead and fix the other things. Another thing to add is that there was a man sitting in the waiting room who ended up being an employee there as well (I can't remember his name! Mike, maybe?), and he also was very friendly and nice! He totally managed up his coworkers and the owner, Justin, and had nothing but good things to say about every one there and how they really try to treat their customers well. This is probably the longest Yelp review I've ever done, but exceptional customer service deserves to be recognized. I'm so impressed by all the positive interactions I had with different employees (and the interactions I observed between the staff) and I had such a good experience that I've already recommended this place to four people since I've left! Definitely will be coming back for all my car needs! Keep up the awesome work!!

Absolutely LOVE this team! They're friendly, efficient, considerate and give a realistic cost breakdown for your car. They're honest and do a great job. I've been here a few times for a 2004 car I have and they do a good job to get in there and solve the random issues that have popped up along the way. Thanks team for your excellent service!

I love this place, I know if I bring my care here I will get honest, friendly service at a decent price point. I sent my boyfriend here after getting my car aligned and he had just as pleasant of an experience. I am so grateful to have found such a great mechanic in the area!

So I've been in need of a mechanic/auto shop ever since my regularly-seen mechanic of umpteenth years decided to semi-retire. I've been thinking of giving My Auto Surgeon a shot ever since my sister and brother-in-law seemed pretty content and satisfied with services received at the Rocklin location. I work close to their Roseville location and just so happened to need assistance with my recently-purchased vehicle so I thought this would be a good opportunity to try them out. My overall opinion: Location - conveniently located right off Atlantic Street so easy on/off freeway access. However, their actual storefront is located on a lot that is extremely small with very little parking. On the day I took my car in, it looked like most of the cars that were already parked in all the slots were either a) waiting to be serviced, or b) already serviced and waiting for pickup. As soon as I pulled into the driveway I realized there was no parking so I maneuvered my way left towards the front of the building (looking from their driveway, their office/waiting area is on the left side of the building, while the bays are to the right). Either way, when I realized their parking lot ended pretty much right there, I had to turn myself back around. Luckily, good timing had a gentleman walking out from the office with paperwork in his hand so I prayed "please be leaving, please be leaving," and I got lucky with a parking spot. Communication - I originally emailed the business to let them know what the issue was and find out what my next steps should be (there was a rattling sound coming from under my car, and at one point I was told at another shop when I took it in for an oil change that there were some missing screws from the jiggamabob (some plate or shield or something on the underside of the car) and that could potentially be the cause of the rattling). The email reply I received was prompt and courteous (turns out to be the owner). I liked how he provided me with a couple of options with brief explanations as to what each option entailed but then left it up to me to decide how to proceed (I hate nothing more than when people try to push only one solution instead of explaining what something is, how it could potentially effect the outcome, providing options in case one doesn't pan out, etc.). Office and staff: lobby area was simple yet clean, none of that "greasy" feel you get when you first walk into many auto shops. I didn't get to see the waiting area, but from what I could see, more of the same. The guy at the counter that checked me in and took my information was polite and cordial, his appearance neat and clean, and he actually knew how to communicate properly (i.e. made eye contact, full comprehensive sentences). Don't get me wrong, I realize that this is a business where hard-working people get dirty and greasy and grimy, but nothing turns me away faster than some dude/dudette who looks like he/she hadn't showered in a few days, only looks at me with sideway glances, I can't make out whether he/she's actually speaking to me about my car or just mumbling under his/her breath, and he/she left grease marks all over my paperwork. Ew. If I don't feel safe and comfortable in a shop, then I probably won't feel confident and secure leaving my car to them, either. However, that was definitely not the case with here. I was confident they'd be able to HONESTLY fix any issues with my car and let me know about it. Work done: turns out the jiggamabob was actually installed incorrectly so they took it off and put it back on with all the screws intact. And they didn't charge me for that even though they took the time to fix someone else's mistake. The only minor issue I had was that I was under the impression this was going to be pretty quick (originally estimated at 1hr (that was what I was quoted), with the acknowledgement that it could potentially be a little more if they were busy). I dropped off my car at 10am but when I didn't hear back from anyone by 2pm, I finally couldn't hold back the urge to call them. But that's easy to overlook considering the quote was for a one hour diagnostics and they ended up not charging me for anything because it was a simple fix. Overall, kudos to the shop, the shop owner, and his employees for the good work and awesome customer service. Would definitely return and also recommend to others.

Went in to get my brakes checked because they were squeaking. Was expecting them to say I need a new brakes and charge me $200 . When I got a call they said there was nothing wrong and they told me the amount of brake pad I had left. Extremely honest auto shop. Highly recommended.
