What was supposed to be a 45 minute appointment turned into 4 hours after they broke a bolt while doing my alignment. I had a 3 year old toddler with me so it was a bit of a nightmare. No apologies, no discounts no options were offered for this. To top it off at the end one of their employees tore out of the parking lot in my escalade and than raced back in and parked it backwards almost scratching near by cars. Very unprofessional use of a customers car, I don't care if he was checking the alignment you do not drive cars that are not your own so carelessly, I will not be back, and would NOT recommend this place to anyone.

Took my truck in to get new front and rear brakes. Sent a message and they got back to me right away and were able to set me up with an appointment later in the week. They were fantastic about telling me that the brakes were still up to safety standards even though they were pulsing. I made the decision to replace and repair anyways. Great service. I will definitely be back for future service needs.

Went to My Auto Surgeon for an oil change and tire rotation and they were extremely friendly and helpful. They were fast and efficient but most of all honest and didn't try to tack on more services required needs. We were very happy with their service.

Using the Yelp message feature I contacted My Auto Surgeon and a handful of other highly rated shops for an estimate for front brakes, rotors, and calipers based on information I received from a Les Schwab inspection. My Auto Surgeon was the only shop to recommend to me that the calipers were not needed (a difference of a few hundred $). Even though I haven't taken my car in for service yet, I felt the need to write a review and commend their honesty and integrity. None of the other shops I contacted told me calipers aren't something that usually need replacing and a phone call to the dealer confirmed that this is true. Thank you for your honesty!

Called last minute on a Saturday, with a hole in my lower radiator hose. These guys pulled together and helped us get back on the road! Great work, very willing to help and do whatever they could to get it done! Will recommend to anyone! Thank you Cameron

I had previously taken my 1993 Camry for a timing belt and drive belt replacement at My Auto Surgeon. I would say that I paid hundreds less then what was quoted by the dealers. This also helped to stop a squeaking noise that was present when I turned on my AC. Months had past and it seemed that the squeaking noise came back and got progressively worse. So at this point I'm thinking that it might be my AC compressor and now have to spend more money to fix my car. So I brought my car back prepared to spend money to fix whatever was wrong with my car. A service advisor listened to the description of the problem and diagnosed the problem almost immediately. He told me that it might me that the drive belt was loose and only had to be retightened. Sure enough he was right. A mechanic readjusted the belt tension which eliminated the squeaking. Best of all it was done quickly and was not charged for the service. In all I found the staff to be friendly and honest. If you're considering servicing your car look no further.

Excellent pricing, quick turn-around, great customer service! It's always hard to find a mechanic to trust with your vehicle, but this establishment is trustworthy, hands down.
