Rocklin Auto Repair

We've been coming to My Auto Surgeon for years, first at their Rocklin shop and now this one because it's so much closer to our house. We've always be so happy with the quality of service and the amazing customer service we receive here every time we come in. Needing an auto repair is never a pleasant experience but Cameron and his crew make sure we always leave with a smile. My Auto Surgeon is our family's go to for repairs, Cameron does a great job of explaining what our cars need and our options. His honesty and integrity are why we highly recommend My Auto Surgeon to anyone is need of car repairs. We are customers for life!

From a friendly greeting via phone call from Danny, to a very kind in person greeting from Tiana at the front desk. Both were very helpful getting me in for a front end allignment. The technician/mechanic as well was nothing shy of professional, kind and thoroughly detailed. I am very pleased and happy with not only the job done on my duramax, but also their customer service, and professionalism. Great group that I would absolutely recommend. Other observations were a clean and entertaining waiting room for those who would stay during repair. Also the garage was in very clean shape with quality name equipment. Thank you My Auto Surgeon.

We are new to town and needed a good auto shop. Tried this place because of the reviews on Monday the 11th. Everything went fine and the price was reasonable until my wife drove home. The tire pressure sensor lite up as she got home. After a phone call by her and me they say they don't work on that system. Unfortunately when you rotate the tires you have to reset the system according to the manual for the Honda Civic. The lady that answers the phone does not have great people skills. She comes off as kinda rude. Maybe they should learn how to reset the system or stop tire rotations.

Based on my first experience with this shop, they were communicative and responsive and resolved my vehicle issue with minimal drama for what seemed to be pretty average pricing. They seem reputable, friendly and competent, which is all I can ask for in a business. Glad to have found a solid mechanic (though I hope I don't need to use them frequently...HA!).

Had a groupon for a smog check. Took it in, was done in less than 30 min. Easy, fast, cheap.

Excellent customer service!!! Didn't realize til I got there that they were the same guys who did my smog check 2 years ago, I was already impressed then & continue to be impressed with their fast service. Was told it would take at least 30min for the test but was done in 15min! Gave me a copy of the smog test & certificate & reasonable price too! DMV already processed my renewal so am just waiting for my new sticker! Thanks Chris!!! Will see you again on my next smog test!

I've bounced around mechanics for a while never really finding a place that I liked until I found My Auto Surgeon! This place is amazing, and I always know that they are going to take amazing care of my car! I have taken my car there several times for a variety of things and they always put me at ease. They always take the time to explain what they found and what the best options are, which I really appreciate. They are super reliable, I have never had a bad experience there. Cameron and the whole staff are wonderful. Happy to say that I love my mechanic!
