Brought my truck in to have the radiator replaced, told them I didn't need any diagnostic work done because I knew the radiator was due to be replaced. I also requested a coolant system flush. Next day went to hop in my truck to go to work and the low coolant light was on. Called the shop and the tech's (Daniel) response was that it was a coincidence and said he would put together a quote for a new coolant reservoir and level sensor. After inspecting the levels myself, the level WAS low. The shop didn't burp the coolant system after replacing the radiator and flushing the line, which resulted in them not adding enough coolant because there was air in the lines. I noticed bolts were missing that secure the coolant reservoir and they claimed it was already like that. When I asked if they either pressure or vacuum tested the lines after replacing the radiator, the tech said they did not because we declined diagnostic testing. News flash! Properly checking your work to make sure it was done is NOT diagnostic work. Pressure/vacuum testing after a coolant flush is INDUSTRY STANDARD! Having been a repeat customer for several large jobs, I am extremely disappointed and will NOT be back. Poor quality, poor customer service. I advise anyone to go elsewhere, this place is a joke. They couldn't even apologize for me having to take time off work to have to come back a second time for them to fix their errors. Mark corrected the errors and he was leaps and bounds more pleasant to work with than Daniel.
