Shame on me for NOT doing this sooner. We have 5 vehicle and My Auto Surgeon (MAS) has worked on 4 of 5. They are the BEST Auto Repair Operation I have ever used and I am 67 years old. Whether a Truck, Mercedes or and old "beater" Hyundai they have always fixed the problem quickly and at a fair price. Special "shout out" to Cameron and Chris but also all the Techs in the back doing the work. Joe S. from Roseville, CA

My car had some "seepage" and Big O Tires said it would be $100 to fix it and I just didn't feel they were being honest so I called Auto Surgeon for a diagnosis and showed them where the leak should be. After my car was lifted and the mechanic looked at my car, he brought me outside to show me what was NOT wrong with my car and educated me on what I should look out for. He was very honest and had nothing to hide and I appreciated that! Highly recommend and will go back to them every time.

Sorry guys, major fail. We brought our 90 Toyota truck in for an oil leak. They kept it for two weeks because they wanted the guy took it apart to put it back together. He was off for 4 days, no big deal. Totally makes sense! We got it back, still leaking. Brought it back, kept it a few more days. Few months later still leaking. Although much slower so didn't really notice. Charge us $140 more said it was a different leak, used the excuse that when you change gaskets it puts pressure of the older ones. Okay, not a pressurized system. Whatever! Still was leaking and by this time we do not want to take it back to them. Had a recommendation and took it to a guy who specializes in older Toyota's. Guess what? Engine is blown. Also missing a bunch of bolts from the engine. $3,000.00 you charged us for nothing! Thanks

A couple of weeks ago I went up to the Roseville/Rocklin area to pick up my car from my brother and hang out with the all rest of my family that has relocated up there. As we were leaving, the moment we hit the freeway my car began to lose power. It was clear that something was very wrong. I went on Yelp and found this shop, My Auto Surgeon, to be the best based on reviews. I sent a message to the shop on Yelp to get the ball rolling and sort this out. Thankfully, I was in no rush at all to get my car back because I primarily use a work car to get around for work. The owner, Justin B. as it states on Yelp, responded pretty quickly. He told me to give the shop a call first thing in the morning and see if anyone had cancelled their appointment so that I could get slotted in and taken care of. The next morning I called and what do you know, they wasted no time in entertaining my issue. Turned out, the transmission was done. While they were repairing the transmission I received a phone call from the shop telling me that there were a couple of gaskets from the exhaust system that needed to be replaced as well as a driveshaft that needed to be replaced. These were repairs that I was well aware of beforehand, so tacking it on to the current repair job was a no brainer. Pretty expensive fix but the positivity and attitude that everyone I spoke to in that shop made it much more bearable to gut. I've been to tons of places in my life and met folks from all walks of life, but the people at this particular business exude an incredible amount of positive attitude and the drive of wanting to help the best that they can. Fast forward exactly one week later, and my car was ready. If you are reading this understand that every job is different. The local dealership just happened to have what I needed in stock. Out of respect for this business, I'll keep pricing and all the other details out of this review. At the end of the day, My Auto Surgeon is an excellent example of your local, family friendly repair shop that has your best interest in mind. After this experience, I know that my family in that area will be well taken care of as I have made it a point to let them know that this shop is the way to go. Thank you to the staff of My Auto Surgeon, you're all awesome.

I recommend this place to everyone!! My window regulator broke so I had to duct tape my window to hold it up. I called My Auto Surgeon very last minute and they fit me in the next business day. The first 2 auto shops I called quoted me $600 and another over $400 just to fix the regulator. My Auto Surgeon was $250 out the door for the window regulator, oil change, and tire rotation!! It even ended up being a couple dollars cheaper than they originally quoted me, which never happens at other auto shops! Their customer service is EXCELLENT and they even removed the adhesive off my window from the duct tape! I will definitely be back!!

Brought my truck in to have the radiator replaced, told them I didn't need any diagnostic work done because I knew the radiator was due to be replaced. I also requested a coolant system flush. Next day went to hop in my truck to go to work and the low coolant light was on. Called the shop and the tech's (Daniel) response was that it was a coincidence and said he would put together a quote for a new coolant reservoir and level sensor. After inspecting the levels myself, the level WAS low. The shop didn't burp the coolant system after replacing the radiator and flushing the line, which resulted in them not adding enough coolant because there was air in the lines. I noticed bolts were missing that secure the coolant reservoir and they claimed it was already like that. When I asked if they either pressure or vacuum tested the lines after replacing the radiator, the tech said they did not because we declined diagnostic testing. News flash! Properly checking your work to make sure it was done is NOT diagnostic work. Pressure/vacuum testing after a coolant flush is INDUSTRY STANDARD! Having been a repeat customer for several large jobs, I am extremely disappointed and will NOT be back. Poor quality, poor customer service. I advise anyone to go elsewhere, this place is a joke. They couldn't even apologize for me having to take time off work to have to come back a second time for them to fix their errors. Mark corrected the errors and he was leaps and bounds more pleasant to work with than Daniel.
