Lets just say i keep leaving there shop with more issues than i came with and they have charged me over 100 multiple time to fix same issue i cam in originally not only that when they installed a part in my car they just used zipties and glue said tgey would refund me and still have been fighting ti get my money back

These guys are awesome!! Very professional and gave me a warning prior to doing the work, that other underlying issues may cause the work they were about to do, render useless. I had to order them to take my money!! ;) Additionally, they were very friendly and I definitely recommend them!

It was a good first time visit. I plan on bringing my other car to have them do some work on it

I would highly recommend this place to get your car fix and maintained. They are have a great staff, reasonable prices, and very knowledgeable. I live south Sacramento, it's worth the drive, knowing that my car is in good hands.

I took my car in for brake inspection. They indicated that rear had to be replaced and that brake fluid looked to be about time to replace as well. I told them that I had the brake fluid replaced like 7 months ago at dealer. They went out of their way to do additional brake fluid composition strip test and confirmed that brake fluid was in fact still good. I've used them before but it's something like this - the extra mile that they go to service the customer - that I appreciate the most... They've got my business for sure...

Great little independent shop in Rocklin, excellent customer service and reasonable pricing.

Went for a smog appointment. Took 15-20 mins total Fast and friendly and priced really well. I will be back for future appointments!

Great job by the tech and very friendly staff. I appreciated being informed that using an OEM Nissan part would be more expensive but was highly recommended in my situation. I value that professional opinion and guidance.

I have been a long standing customer until now. I have 4 autos 2 of which are Jetta's. In October our 2013 Jetta needed cooling liquid, so to be safe we took it in to the auto shop. They told us it had blown a head gasket and was going to cost $2200. Which sadly we did. Fast forward to December when our 2015 Jetta had the same issue, so we also took it into My Auto Surgeon. They were very convincing that it also blew the head gasket. However, this was going to cost "a minimum of $3200" and they couldn't give us a reason why the same work on the same car was going to cost more 2 months later. So, we decided to get a second opinion. My Auto Surgeon charged is $290!!! for their diagnostic fee. I took the car to A&B German Auto in Rocklin. They stated that they have never seen a blown head gasket in a Jetta. I confirmed by calling Neillo Volkswagen. They did a diagnosis and reported back there was nothing wrong with the car! Plus they waived their $75 diagnostic fee. Benefit of the doubt My Auto Surgeon my have honestly made a bad diagnosis due to lack of knowledge on Jetta's, but I definitely shouldn't pay for it! They have lost a customer and the 5 others I take with me.
