Went in for an alignment. First, they gave me a discount because I had just purchased tires from America's Tires. That was a nice way to kick things off. I got there a few minutes early. They checked me in, and I hung out in their waiting room and got some work done. Surprisingly, they have extremely fast WiFi, so I was able to hop on a zoom call with no lag or choppiness. I was on my way home less than an hour later. They sent an email with the invoice and details on the work performed. They didn't try to upsell me or try any other sleazy sales tactics. And, they were friendly and professional from start to finish.

The service at auto surgeon was outstanding. We’re greeted at the counter immediately. On arrival with a very Pleasant greeting. Customer service was outstanding, very professional and pleasant. Our smog test was done in rapid motion, not spending much time.. I I would recommend this Automotive service to anyone.

This review is a special thanks to the My Auto Surgeon Staff in Rocklin, CA. Our 2002 Acura 3.2TL needed to be service and unfortunately my previous mechanic of 25 yrs had finally retried. I did my research and decided to give them a try. I worked with Danny, Chris and Cameron in getting various service/repairs that it needed on my first visit. We all knew that we had mystery oil leak that existed somewhere, and I was determined to find the problem at later date for I hate oil leaks. Nine months later the time had come to change the timing belt and other key items. A very special thanks to Cameron in looking out for the cost of my project and Garrett the Auto Surgeon who worked tirelessly on our pristine 3.2TL with no more oil leaks and another flawless repair by the My Auto Surgeon Staff!!!…:) jjr

My Auto Surgeon look after the three family vehicles. One of which is 22 years old and consistently don’t try and oversell me on unnecessary work. Which I still find rare these days! Would recommend them
